Enviroline 230 is a technically advanced epoxy phenolic lining system utilising advanced hybrid epoxy phenolic technology to give improved performance: - Fast cure (rapid return to service in 16 hours at 25°C (77°F)) - Ultra low VOC - Single coat application - Excellent adhesion - Meets AWWA Standard C210-07 performance requirements Potable Water Certifications - Commercial hot water 82°C (180°F), single coat 20-50 mils DFT, for tanks of 25 gallons or greater and pipe 10 inches or greater in diameter - Cold water, single coat 20-60 mils DFT, for tanks of 25 gallons or greater and pipe 10 inches or greater in diameter - Cold water, two coats 20-50 mils DFT per coat, maximum of 100 mils DFT, for tanks of 500 gallons or greater and pipe 10 inches or greater in diameter Applications include steel and concrete lining of potable water storage tanks and pipelines.
