Supplied as a single component, fibre reinforced, fast setting cement based repair mortar. Requires the addition of clean water at site.
Specifically designed for the structural repair of concrete structures such as runways, bridges, decks and floors, which cannot be taken out of service for prolonged periods. Intercrete 4802 exhibits a combination of curing at low temperatures, complete compatibility with concrete and consistent strength development making it the ideal choice where rapid return to service is required. This product can be used for repairs up to 100mm (4 inches) deep as supplied. For deeper repairs of up to 300mm (12 inches) Intercrete 4802 can be combined with a non-porous aggregate of particle size 6-10mm (0.24-0.39 inches) e.g. granite to form a pourable concrete.
